The Nintendo GameCube is a game console made by Nintendo and the successor to the Nintendo 64. It was a sixth-generation console which followed the Nintendo 64 and was released in Japan on September 14, 2001 and in North America on November 18, 2001 and discontinued in 2007, where it was followed by the Nintendo Wii. It was the first Nintendo console that used discs rather than cartridges and came in colors such as purple, jet black and platinum. The controller retained many of its' features from the Nintendo 64, with the addition of the X and Y buttons as well as the C-Stick (which replaced the C-buttons).

The GameCube games reviewed so far were Shadow the Hedgehog during the AVGN Wish List (Part 1) episode, Universal Studios Theme Parks Adventure and Charlie's Angels.
